Section 1
Who we are
LGCJ Designs LLC is a for-profit software company based in Florida, operating under the DBA SharkByte Software. We develop and operate MTAP — the Multi-Tenant Association Platform — a white-label SaaS membership management platform purpose-built for civic clubs, fraternal organizations, and similar non-profit associations.
MTAP provides each member organization with a branded public website, member database, event management, payment processing, document library, and multi-channel member communications — including in-app notifications, email, browser push, and SMS. Each organization operates as a distinct tenant within the platform; all data is fully isolated by tenant.
SharkByte Software is the technology provider. We do not conduct business activities on behalf of the organizations beyond providing and operating their platform. We do not market to their members, and we do not monetize member data.
Section 2
Our role as SMS aggregator
SharkByte Software operates as an ISV SMS aggregator on behalf of its non-profit tenant organizations. This is a well-established model in which a software platform sends messages on behalf of its customers using a single sender identity, rather than requiring each customer to independently manage carrier relationships and compliance registrations.
LGCJ Designs LLC (DBA SharkByte Software) owns and manages the Twilio account and all assigned sender numbers. All SMS messages sent through the platform are dispatched by SharkByte Software's infrastructure (Notify.Host, a component of MTAP) on behalf of the originating organization. The originating organization's name is prominently included in every message so recipients always know who is contacting them.
Individual tenant organizations — lodges, posts, clubs — do not hold Twilio accounts, do not manage carrier credentials, and do not have direct access to SMS dispatch infrastructure. SharkByte Software is solely responsible for carrier compliance, opt-in management, opt-out processing, and message logging on their behalf.

Scope of the assigned number
The number registered under this verification is designated exclusively for use by non-profit civic and fraternal organizations served by the MTAP platform. This number is the platform-wide default sender and will be used for all qualifying tenant SMS communications unless a tenant has been assigned a dedicated local number.
This number is reserved solely for non-profit member organizations. No commercial business, for-profit entity, or non-qualifying organization will use this number under any circumstance. SharkByte Software maintains this as a strict platform policy and enforces it through its tenant onboarding and configuration controls.
Qualifying organizations include dues-paying membership associations operating under non-profit designations such as 501(c)(3), 501(c)(7), 501(c)(8), 501(c)(10), or equivalent. All recipients are verified, dues-paying members of the sending organization who have provided explicit SMS opt-in consent.
Section 4
Commercial entity policy
Commercial and for-profit businesses are explicitly excluded from use of this number. Any commercial entity that operates on the MTAP platform is required to obtain and register its own dedicated phone number through a separate Twilio campaign registration under its own brand.
SharkByte Software's MTAP platform is architecturally designed to support per-tenant phone number assignment. When a commercial entity is onboarded, SharkByte Software will:
Provision a separate number
Purchase a dedicated 10DLC local number for the commercial tenant, entirely separate from the non-profit platform number.
Complete independent A2P registration
Register the commercial brand and campaign independently through The Campaign Registry (TCR) under the commercial entity's own brand identity and EIN.
Enforce number isolation in platform configuration
Assign the dedicated number exclusively to that tenant in MTAP's SystemAdmin configuration. A commercial tenant's messages will never route through the non-profit platform number.
Summary: The number covered by this policy is a non-profit-only resource. Commercial use is not permitted, not planned, and not architecturally possible for this number given MTAP's per-tenant sender configuration controls.

Member organizations served
The following categories of non-profit civic and fraternal organizations are the intended tenants of the MTAP platform. All operate as membership-based non-profit associations.
All SMS recipients are verified, dues-paying members of the sending organization. Member records are maintained in MTAP's isolated per-tenant database. Recipients must have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications prior to any message being sent to them.
Section 6
Message types and use cases
All messages sent through this platform are transactional or membership-operational in nature. SharkByte Software does not support or permit unsolicited marketing, cold outreach, or messages to individuals who have not explicitly opted in as members.
Not permitted: Fundraising solicitations, political messaging, promotional marketing, and any communication to individuals who have not affirmatively opted in as members of the sending organization.

Opt-in and opt-out process
Opt-in
SMS opt-in is explicit and member-initiated. SMS notifications are disabled by default for all members. A member enables SMS through one of two paths:
Path A — During registration
A dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox is presented during the member registration flow on the lodge's MTAP-powered website. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Checking it constitutes explicit consent to receive SMS from that specific organization.Path B — Notification preferences page
Existing members may enable SMS at any time by visiting their Notification Preferences page within the member portal, toggling SMS on, and providing their mobile number. The page displays a clear consent disclosure before saving.Consent disclosure shown to members

STOP keyword (carrier-level)
Twilio automatically handles STOP replies, sends a confirmation message, and suppresses all further sends to that number at the carrier level.
MTAP opt-out sync
MTAP's Notify.Host receives Twilio's inbound STOP webhook, locates the member record by phone number, and marks them as SMS opted-out in the database.
Member portal self-service
Members may disable SMS at any time by toggling SMS off in their Notification Preferences page, immediately updating their opt-in record.
HELP keyword
Twilio is configured to auto-reply: "MTAP Lodge Messaging — powered by SharkByte Software. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Support: sharkbytesoft.com."

Compliance commitments
SharkByte Software commits to the following ongoing compliance practices for all SMS traffic originating through this platform.
Non-profit restriction enforced at the platform level
The assigned number is configured in MTAP as the platform default sender for non-profit tenants only. Commercial entities are blocked from routing through this number by configuration.
Explicit opt-in required before any SMS is sent
No SMS is dispatched to any member without a recorded opt-in event in the MTAP database. The platform enforces this check in the notification dispatch layer before any message enters the outbox.
STOP and opt-out honored within one message
Twilio carrier-level suppression activates immediately on STOP. MTAP's webhook simultaneously updates the member record, preventing re-queuing.
Sender identification on every message
Every outbound SMS begins with the name of the originating organization. Members always know which lodge or club is contacting them.
Transactional messaging only
The platform restricts message types to operational and transactional categories. SharkByte Software does not permit unsolicited marketing, cold outreach, or fundraising solicitations.
Complete audit log maintained
Every SMS sent is logged with tenant, member, message type, sender number, recipient number, Twilio message SID, send timestamp, and delivery status. Retained for billing and compliance audit purposes.
Per-tenant number assignment for growth
As the tenant base grows, individual lodges that require dedicated local numbers will be provisioned with their own 10DLC numbers under separate A2P campaign registrations, entirely separate from the non-profit platform number.
